Charing Heath, Kent
A development of two luxury detached houses in the beautiful village of Charing Heath, Kent were constructed by our team out of timber frame in 2019.
Carlton Ave, Broadstairs
Comprising of 7 high end finished apartments in the heart of Broadstairs, Kent, Hive Frame Construction erected the superstructure out of timber frame. We also completed all the first fix and second fix carpentry on this project for the client, starting this in early 2019 and signing it all off in early 2020.
Manston Road, Margate
In the summer of 2019 we were contracted to erect the timber frame of 22 houses. A combination of detached and semi-detached family homes on the outskirts of the seaside town Margate, Kent. Hive Frame Construction completed the timber frame superstructure, roof structure, facia and soffit external cladding, porches and the first fix and second fix carpentry on this project.
Manor View, Temple Ewell
Manor View was a development of 14 five bedroom detached houses that Hive Frame Construction erected in 2020. The superstructure was timber frame on these well-presented family homes in the quaint village of Temple Ewell, bordering Dover in Kent. Our package was for the frame erection, roof structure, porches, facia and soffit, first and second fix carpentry plus the garages and their roof construction.
Challock, Kent
One of our life long clients very kindly asked us if we could make them an oak donkey stable for the paddock out to the side of their beautiful property in the Kent countryside. After a few conversations with the client we designed a bespoke stable to fit every purpose for them. We stick built this structure from softwood timber, clad it in solid oak, built the supports for the canopy using solid oak posts, insulated and then fitted out the inside. We also installed a kitchen in the storage side of the barn. Finished with a traditional Kent Peg roof, this stable now fits perfectly with the rest of the property and looks incredible.
St Mildred’s Ave, Ramsgate
This property houses 7 modern, high end, luxury apartments with direct sea views out over Sandwich harbour, Deal pier and even the French coastline in the distance on a clear day. Hive Frame Construction installed the steel structure and the timber framed penthouse, roof structure and the balconies to date with work still ongoing. We are scheduled to start the full internal carpentry on this project in the next couple of months.
